On Friday the 28th June, AFC Westend Sunday held their annual Presentation Night at the West End Sports & Social Club, the event was well attended by the lads and it was also great to see some members of their families attending as well. The pizzas went down well and there was the odd beer or two to wash it down, the lads even had an impromptu kick around on the green when a ball was produced from the kit store.

George Nixey and Josh Hughes, the Sunday team managers presented the awards to the following players for Season 2023/2024:

Goal of the Season Award – Umer Yahya
Top Goal Scorer Award – Umer Yahya
(George Nixey) Managers Player of the Season Award – Riccardo Underhill
(Josh Hughes) A/Managers Player of the Season Award – Callum Lockhart
Players Player of the Season Award – Liam Elliot

Congratulations to all the trophy winners and to the rest of the players in what was an excellent season, culminating in reaching the Intermediate Charity Cup Final that was held at Dorking FC on the 28th May 2024.
