The football club held their first ever sports quiz night at the Westend Sports & Social Club on Friday 23rd July 2021, the evening was attended by around 40 people and was given the thumbs up by everyone that attended.

The quizmaster Alan Arnold did a sterling job with the questions and the whole evening was arranged by our club Chairman, Eric Strange, the excellent food was prepared by Linda Newman and our thanks go out to her and her excellent team, also, a big thanks to our super bar staff who did a great job with keeping everyone topped up with drinks.
 
After some very tough questions, it came down to the penultimate round with 3 or 4 teams locked closely together, the AFCWE Management Team played their ace card and won the coveted first prize, the winning team members seen in the attached photo can be seen from left to right are, Tony, Nicki, Keith, Eric and George.
